back.

ah!!!! haven't been blogging for so long... beware the allure of procrastination, the tendrils of it's evil influence that curl and unfurl above the grey miasma of slackerism.

close that book, angela. you've been reading far too much fantasies for your own good. haha. hm... sara douglass ain't too bad... but the names suck. and OH!!! must read robin hobb's series... so good... haiz. feels nice to get back to reading english books.

hm... *glances at the previous entry* so much has happened since. YL-Nite, atlantis, OAC interview, mrs. tan's birthday. so much... haiz. and the idea of blogging resurfaced and drowned. time and again. i vaguely remembering promising myself to blog after YL-Nite, then atlantis, then interview... but well.

haha.

hm. what's new. signed myself up for chem olympiad. wah. suddenly regret it so much. really really regret it. i mean, i'm just going to make a joke out of myself la. like, people like JD, chia yee, jiacheng and joseph have decided to participate also lor. and goodness, FILBERT too... wah... all the smart people. *pengz* sian diao lor. and quoting someone. i QUALIFIED for mr lee's personal tutoring session la. what can i say? haiz. and i just re-realised how smart everyone around me is. i think they made a horrendous mistake when they put me on the inter-CT history and current affairs quiz team la. with the smart smart people somemore. a GEP-er and filbert. does miracles for my esteem.

haiz.

let's not dwell on that. say. yesterday was mrs. tan's birthday. so we went back la, me, shieh yuan, yuan yin, joanna, lingzhi, faiz, vince and lynn... wah. eight of us. haha. SY, lynn, faiz and me were all there. in fact, to think about it, all four of us stayed after dinner to play the number game. zhong ji mi ma. haha. damn fun. lynn's jinx on faiz really worked. and worked like a charm. haha. so paradoxical. a jinx that works like a charm. haven't had such a fun class gathering in an eternity. then we looked at mrs. tan's class's papers. wah... miss those balsam plants and pong pong fruits man. haha. and the hibiscus and hydrilla. haha.

oh oh. i'm going back to peiying's p5 camp. YAY! wah, this year got 12 '996A pple going back as instructors. damn cool. (i hope hope hope they're not going back just for the CIP points...) haiz. everytime ask peng ming come back to see mrs tan he never come back then all of a sudden, he's coming back for the camp. a bit fishy right? then sadi and lingfang... hear so many rumours about them le, since sec three... budden dunno if it's for real or not. hm. but then again leh, this time, the camp BOTH of them are coming back, when lingzhi only asked one of the... a BIT fishy only. but anyway, i'm just ultra-glad that got 12 of us coming back. then i heard that the entire p5 cohort are going for the camp. wah qiang lor. no wonder need 40 instructors. haha. imagine that. 25% of the instructors are my ex-classmates. damn cool.

hm... then i'm having JTS tomorrow la. starting to feel the strings in my pocket screaming and shrieking in protest at the strain of keeping my money in. wah pengz lor. 2.5 senior to 1 junior. at PASTAMANIA. granted. it's not marche. but still. haiz. bo bian. next year, i hope the navajos people won't suggest picnic. will kill them. haha, like the pawnees. picnic, at macritchie. at 12 pm in the afternoon. correction. at noon. the best le.

finally going to get my mp3 player fixed. next wednesday. i'm determined. very very determined. nothing's going to deter me from this.

affirmations. how useless can they get?

time flies nowadays and i'm starting to wish that the weekends won't arrive so soon... it's such a stark contrast. i used to count down to the weekends from monday onwards. and now, i'm complaining that there an't enough time for me to study and mug and sleep. and read. it's a habit that's sucking up my time. too many things to do, not enough time.

and gawd. project work.

the camera slowly brings into focus a girl, face contorted with horror. a hand clutched to her chest, sliding to the floor, eyes wide with apprehension. terror coursed through her veins. her other hand twitched spasmodically...

haha. no lah, not that bad. in fact, i'm getting accustomed to the pace of time. hmm... life's getting better.
